What Do You Want to Know?

MEETING YOU AND YOUR PET FOR THE FIRST TIME

We offer a free initial one-to-one consultation with you and your dog to get to know one another and understand your priorities. We can also go over any questions or queries you have and familiarise Puddles and Paws with your home arrangements (keys, collars, treats etc.)

HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?

Depending on the individual needs of the dogs we can do group or one-to-one walks. We never normally walk more than four dogs at once, to ensure that each dog gets the attention they need whether on or off the lead.

HOW DO YOU GET AROUND WITH ALL THE DOGS?

Depending on the proximity to the park we either walk on lead or transport in the back of a large estate car. Our car is fully insured, with secured dog cages, and dog bedding to keep pooches safe, dry, and warm. We also keep water and bowls with us for added comfort for unseasonably warm days.

DO YOU WALK OFF LEAD?

In most instances yes! We will also ensure that we have good recall with your dog before letting them off to run, sniff and play off lead.

DO YOU WALK IN ALL WEATHERS?

Well, we certainly walk in all wet weathers! With some of the hotter summers we have been getting lately we have had to sometimes adjust walks to earlier in the morning and later in the afternoon to avoid the midday sun. Alternatively, we go on wooded walks where there is a lot more shade.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?

If your pet needs the attention of a vet whilst in our care we can take them to your chosen veterinary care practice. We will also contact you at the earliest convenience to keep you abreast of the situation.
